GEOGRAPHY! • Man made features. • -Located in southern Europe and extends out into the central • Mediterranean Sea north of Tunisia. • -The colosseum, it is a reminder of the long and rich history of the peninsula. • -The village of positanois a very popular town because it lies on a rocky cliff. • -renaissance sculpture develooed in Italy during the 1400 and 1500 michelangelo produced many famous statues. • -The leaning tower of pisa was meant to be strait be tilted southeast because of bad foundation. • Physical features. • -The alps were a long wall of mountains going through south east of italy.

ECONOMICS! • Italy’s natural resources are coal, mercury, zinc and marble. • Italys top trading partners are Germany and France. • Germany is their top partner because of a long political history that they have together. • France is very geographically close to Italy which makes it easy to be trade partners. • Italy has several banks. • Italys type of money is the euro.
