Join us for an exciting Derby Day-themed activity as we explore confidence intervals. In this class, students will be divided into six teams, each assigned a horse. Teams will work collaboratively to complete the confidence interval information sheet in a clockwise manner. As soon as a team completes a task, their horse will advance to the next round. Successful teams can earn extra credit on the Chapter 7 Test. Remember, teamwork is essential—every member should be able to contribute and answer questions correctly!

Kentucky Derby etiquette Rules • The class will be split into 6teams. Each team will get their own horse. • Teams will work clockwise filling in the confidence interval information sheet. As soon as one confidence interval is complete, the team’s horse will advance to the next round. • Winners will earn the chance at extra credit on the Chapter 7 Test. • Each team needs to make sure everyone can answer correctly! The team with the best work can move forward an extra spot!
