  2. Step 1) From your Web Browser type in “PORTAL” Step 2) Click on the “IPTV C-2” link

  3. Step 3) Click “Run”

  4. Step 4) Click “Yes” (This may or may not appear on your PC)

  5. Step 5) This screen will appear, Video will appear once made available

  6. JBER, • This is JBER’s first use of this video streaming solution to the “Elmendorf.AF.Mil” network. Please work with us to identify problems you experience so we can improve this new system as there are some unresolved issues with the Windows 7 PCs and limited XP machines • Please try the following steps if your Windows 7 Machine has a problem: • Close all applications. • Open a Command Prompt window. • Type “gpupdate /force” (minus quotes but otherwise verbatim) • Allow your PC to reboot. • - If you are not able to accomplish the above steps, contact your CST to perform a “GP Update” prior to the event. • - Please identify any unresolved problems to your CST or the Communications Focal Point at 552-2666
