Staying fit and active is a choice. And it is up to us to make it a priority and build it in our day. Here are few ways to increase your motivation to exercise. 1.Get A Buddy: Recent studies have found that exercising with a partner improves weight loss results. Find a friend to work out with and come up with a plan to fit in an exercise regime in your busy day. Look for a friend who motivates you and has a positive attitude. 2.Start With Simple Work Outs: There are several quick, high intensity workout programs on the internet. Pick one of these and do them religiously every day. And since most of these exercises can be done anywhere, you do not have to worry about special equipment or gym gear. Crunches, squat jumps, push-ups, sit- ups, wall sits, side planks, etc. are easy and don’t eat into your time. 3.Schedule Your Workout Times: Just like scheduling your college assignments, planning your exercise time will help you work more efficiently. 4.Externalize Your Motivation: Externalizing your motivation comes through commitment devices.
