This rope stretch exercise is designed to enhance shoulder flexibility and stability. Stand straight while placing a rope, towel, or resistance band vertically across your back, holding each end with your hands. Engage your core and pull the rope downward with your lower hand, then upward with your upper hand. Ensure your lower back remains stable and your head is aligned over your shoulders and hips. For warm-ups, hold each position for 3 seconds and repeat 10 times. For cool-downs, hold for 30 seconds and repeat 3 times.
