  1. COMM 226ERD case:School of Business Chitu Okoli Associate Professor in Business Technology Management John Molson School of Business, Concordia University, Montréal

  2. School of Business case • A School of Business keeps track of its alumni (graduates from its programs). It stores basic information about the alumni, such as their names and contact addresses. It also stores the major (or majors, maximum two) from which the alumnus graduated. • The School keeps in touch with alumni by mail, e-mail or telephone. Whenever an alumnus responds to a contact, the School records information learned from the alumnus during that contact. • To maintain strong ties to its alumni, the School holds various events around the world. Events have a title, date, location, and type (e.g., reception, dinner, or seminar). The School keeps track of which graduates have attended which events. Whenever an alumnus attends an event, the School might record a comment, which might include information that the School officials learned from that alumnus during that event. • When a School official knows that he or she will be meeting or talking to a graduate, a report is produced showing the latest information about that graduate and the information learned during the past two years from that graduate from all contacts and events the graduate attended.
