Task Item Management • LESS IS MORE → Task Items are a Significant Work Multiplier • An order must have at least one task item but the number of task items on an order is up to the GSA user creating the order • Since each task item has its own attributes and obligations, managing task items can be very overhead expensive if the order is not setup/planned properly up front

Dollars Subform Dollars Subform on an Order Mod Document • Dollars Subform is a set of order cost information that can be found on the Directed Buy, Market Analysis or Order Modification documents. It contains values such as: • Task Item attributes (Type of GSA Fee, Task Item Cost to GSA, Task Item Cost To Client) • Current Project Value • Grand Total for Incremental Funding • Total Order Amount
