1. Monitor Remote Employees from Anywhere, Anytime

2. Automated Remote Employee Monitoring Software vs Time Sheets Not sure whether you need a remote employee monitoring software? Here we bring you a small comparison and guide on why remote employee monitoring software are crucial right now!

3. Accuracy Track hours with an automated platform so everyone is on the same page Automated time sheets create real-time visibility and eliminate all the phone calls and emails to manage someone else's work hours Employees can clock in and out from their phones, eliminating the need to carry a card or key fob. If they forget, our mobile app allows a manager to clock them in or out from their phone. Employees can change time if they were late, clocked in early or stayed past their shift. Their managers will have access to see the actual recorded times so everyone is aware of when they logged on and off of work.

4. Time Consuming Remote employee monitoring software provides up-to-date information on location and hours worked. Employees can clock in with the tap of an app - it's never been faster to receive real-time visibility into where everyone has clocked in at. No more phone calls, no more hunting for paper time cards only to find out they were misplaced or not filled out. Managers can keep track of employee hours in real-time. Reduces the amount of time spent checking in and out with employees. Managers get an email or text message when their employee clocked in or out, so they don't have to worry about checking the time cards that are almost always inaccurate anyway.

5. Customization Having a brand identity is important for companies. Your company's logo can be displayed on the welcome screen so you'll always know when you're in the right place, just like with Uber or Lyft. Show employees how productive they are at different parts of their shift to see if they have any times that need extra attention. Employees who are more productive can be rewarded with bonuses and gifts to show your appreciation for their contributions to the company. Employees can be immediately notified whenever they've clocked in or out late so they will never be surprised again by an unapproved absence. Managers can visually see when employees are ahead of schedule too, so there is no more guessing on what time a meeting should end.

6. Other Major Points • Can monitor activities in real-time to see who is using the internet, which sites are being visited and how long they are on them for. You can even set automated alerts to notify you about any web browsing that takes place outside of company policy. • Employees will tell their friends and family how safe their personal information is when you provide them with remote monitoring software. With the advanced GPS technology, employees will never have to worry about forgetting an important phone or wallet again. • You can rest assured that any disciplinary actions you take will be handled efficiently because everything is tracked in real-time. If an employee requires a break, a manager will be immediately notified. If they stay past their shift, the next time they clock in or out will have a note about why they stayed late. • Remote employee monitoring software is essential to any company because employees will always know when someone is watching them and when they're not.
