  3. Pulmonary Embolus The arrow points to an embolus extending through the branches of a pulmonary artery.

  5. Pulmonary Embolus/Infarct The embolus (arrow) lies in an opened pulmonary artery. The hemorrhagic infarct (*) is subpleural.
