  3. What I really do… Structure, market, and document senior credit solutions for publicly-traded and privately-held corporate clients. These senior credit solutions finance a wide range of general corporate needs, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buy outs, dividend recapitalizations, and working capital growth. In a nutshell, commercial bankers lend to companies.
