  2. ACCESS Each customer type (Agency or Consolidator) has two levels of entry access 1- Control Panel (Supervisors/Managers) 2- Users.

  3. Agent SI*8181 is a buyer. When he launches the RedApp, it knows he’s a SuperUser with Control Panel Access authority.

  4. App gives him choice:

  5. SuperUser can appoint other SuperUsers (they will be offered the same choice); he/she can also add markups & discounts and under “OTHERS”, configure a variety of topics

  6. Search The smartApp recognizes that (MAD) takes precedence over the alphabetically correct Madang, Madera and Madras
