  3. Chapter Updates • Frequent chapter meetings and seminars this past semester • Involvement of graduate students and faculty, in addition to local companies

  4. 2012 Fall Chapter Meetings

SWOT Analysis • Strengths: University / Department support, Graduate student base, Undergraduate involvement and close interaction with student chapter • Weaknesses: Didn’t attract strong company base • Opportunities: IEEE Distinguished Lecturers (1 come, 1 planned), Faculty involvement, Technical meetings • Threats: Losing the company component of our chapter

  6. Chapter Plans / Issues • IEEE Distinguished Lecturer Visits, we plan to have up to another two in 2013 • Keep going with monthly seminars
