Roles of the Volunteers • Expectations: • Working hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. unless supervisor instructs otherwise (detailed Terms of Reference (TOR) is attached) • Conditions to be strictly observed • conduct duties in public areas only • must be provided breaks for meals • bear no financial burden; do not give, receive, borrow or lend money under any circumstances • wear prescribed attire while on duty

Benefits to Volunteers • will meet key people from both the Private and Public sectors from around the world • will be part of an internationally recognized event rarely held in the country • will be able to work with their peers from different participating Universities • will be provided with protocol training by the Government and ADB

Benefits to Volunteers • will be exposed to actual work setting on assignment to various offices/committees and enable them to practice their field of studies to a certain extent. • will be able to participate in activities prepared for the meeting as well as attend seminars and talks from resource speakers.
