  2. What is wrong with the Great Barrier Reef? Our research has found that due to farming, tourism, Crown of Thorn Starfish and tourism the Great Barrier Reef is suffering.

  3. What can we do to help? • We need to find safer chemicals for the farmers to use and better ways to divert contaminated water away from the rivers and creeks.

  4. Tourists • We need to educate tourists on how to enjoy swimming on the Great Barrier Reef without damaging the precious coral, plants and animals that live on it.
