Why? • The AF has been at war for the past 15 years and we are in the fight today • Providing the best air capabilities for the nation means tough decisions in balancing resources • The AF has lost over $31B in budget authority and $10B per year in buying power due to the rising costs of equipment, personnel and fuel • We need to work together more than ever to ensure we get the best value for our dollars.
