  2. พ.ร.บ สงวนและคุ้มครองสัตว์ป่า พ.ศ.2535 สัตว์ป่าสงวน -ครอบครองไม่ได้, เพาะพันธุ์ไม่ได้, ค้าไม่ได้ สัตว์ป่าคุ้มครอง -ควบคุมการคุ้มครอง, ควบคุมการนำเคลื่อนที่ -ห้ามค้า, ห้ามเพาะพันธุ์ สัตว์ป่าคุ้มครองที่อนุญาตให้เพาะพันธุ์เพื่อการค้า -กำหนดชนิดที่อนุญาต -ขออนุญาตเพาะพันธุ์ (ที่มาของพ่อ-แม่พันธุ์) -แจ้งเกิด แจ้งตาย ทำเครื่องหมาย -ขออนุญาตค้า -ขออนุญาตนำเคลื่อนที่เพื่อการค้า -คนซื้อต้องขออนุญาตครอบครอง WWW.BEDO.OR.TH

  9. แนวทางดำเนินการแก้ไขปัญหาในวิธีการปฏิบัติตามพรบ.สงวนฯ 2535 และ CITES นำประเด็นปัญหาด้านกฎหมายและข้อบังคับตาม - พระราชบัญญัติสงวนและคุ้มครองสัตว์ป่า พ.ศ. 2535 - อนุสัญญาว่าด้วยการค้าระหว่างประเทศ ซึ่งชนิดสัตว์ป่า และพืชป่าที่ใกล้จะสูญพันธุ์ เข้าสู่การพิจารณาของคณะกรรมการสงวนและคุ้มครองสัตว์ป่าแห่งชาติ WWW.BEDO.OR.TH
