  1. Welcome ToINTERNSHIP CLINIC Fall 2011 SEMESTER Internship Clinic: Fall 2011

  2. Eligibility for Internship: • Have you completed all your subjects? Internship ONLYafter completing all subjects. • However, in exceptional cases, one subject may be allowed with internship if approved by the concerned Head of Department. Internship Clinic: Fall 2011

  3. What to Do: • Submission of Résumés to OPA (4 Hard Copies) • Email Soft Copy of Résumé to OPA • Forwarding Letter (3 copies/student) from OPA at a time. • Submission of the Organization’s Acceptance Letter to OPA within 7-10 days of joining the organization. (FOLLOW THIS STRICTLY) • Topic Selection for the Report from the Supervisor. • Submission of Proposal to the Supervisor. • Submission of Draft Report to the Supervisor. • Submission of Final Report Internship Clinic: Fall 2011

  4. Mandatory Requirements: • Soft & Hard copy of Résumé with Recent Passport Size Photo - Must attach in word file. • Soft & Hard copy of Final Report • Valid E-mail Address Internship Clinic: Fall 2011

E-mail Résumé to: opa@aiub.edu Subject of the e-mail should be: • For Résumé: • “Résumé – Internship Fall 11: Student’s ID # (Major)” • File should be saved as: • MS Word or PDF Document • Student’s passport size photo • should be pasted to the right • hand corner of the résumé • File name: Student’s name • Student’s ID # Internship Clinic: Fall 2011

  6. Some Important Dates: • Résumé : By 11th August 2011 (Hard & Soft Copy) • Topic Selection : By 29th September 2011 • Proposal : 20th October 2011 • First Draft : By 30th November 2011 • Final Report : By 11th December 2011 If necessary, dates may be changed by OPA under notification to the students. Proposal and Report Format: • Font : Times New Roman • Font Size : 12 • Title Font Size : 16 • Sub-Title Font Size : 14 • Margin : Left (1.25’’) Top-Bottom-Right (1.00’’) • Spacing : 1.5 • Alignment : Justify The Proposal should not be of more than 5 pages. The Internship Report must be not less than 30 pages. Internship Clinic: Fall 2011
