Reparto contabilità -Protocollo documenti in entrata -Inserimento e presa visione delle fatture acquisto/vendita, corrispettivi, prima nota e documenti bancari Reparto paghe -Inserimento e presa visione delle buste paghe di alcuni dipendenti -Assunzione online di una dipendente -Archiviazione delle buste paghe Attività svolte:

  5. ACCESSO ALL’ESTERNO DELL’AZIENDA In queste due settimane di esperienza non siamo rimaste solo all’interno dell’azienda. Insieme al nostro tutore aziendale siamo andate in diversi uffici pubblici. Gli uffici che abbiamo frequentato sono: la camera di commercio, l’INPS, la questura, la banca e dal notaio. In questi uffici si assisteva ai colloqui per le varie problematiche dei dipendenti.
