  2. Recapitulation VS disconnection Disconnected and it will wither and die

  3. May be ONE 20 “I do not pray for these alone, but also for those who will believe in Me through their word; 21 that they all may be one, as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You; that they also may be one in Us, that the world may believe that You sent Me. 22 And the glory which You gave Me I have given them, that they may be one just as We are one: 23 I in them, and You in Me; that they may be made perfect in one... Jn 17:20-23

  4. Enjoy the Richness Of His Godhead He Who gives riches becomes poor, for He assumes the poverty of my flesh, that I may assume the riches of His Godhead. St Gregory the theologianHomliy 38 on the Epiphany

  5. Ἀνακεφαλαιόωanakephalaioō G346To sum up Again that in the dispensation of the fullness of the times He might gather together in one all things in Christ, bothwhich are in heaven and which are on earth—in Him. Eph 1:10

  6. Recapitulation The Logos become a man, recapitulating all things in Himself. .. He takes the primacy to Himself and by making Himself the Head of the Church, He will draw all things to himself at the appointed time. St IrenaeusA H book III, 16:6

  7. The Promise is YOURS 6 that the Gentiles should be fellow heirs, of the same body, and partakers of His promise in Christ through the gospel, Eph 3:6

  8. Sharer or not? Make us all worthy, O our Master, to partake, of your holies unto the purification of our souls, our bodies and our spirits. That we may become one body and one spirit, and may have a share and an inheritance with all the saints who have pleased you since the beginning. Remember, O Lord, the peace of your one, only, holy, catholic and apostolic church. The Liturgy of St Basil

  9. Be Careful, it is Real !!! The Spiritual man shall also judge those who give rise to schisms, who are destitute of the Love of God , and who look to their own special advantage rather than to the unity of the Church; and who for trifling reasons, or any kind of reason which occurs to them , cut in pieces and divide the great and glorious body of Christ. St IrenaeusA H Book IV 33:7

  10. His Life flows once more into YOU So Christ gave his own body for the life of all, and makes it the channel through which life flows once more into us. St Cyril of ALexandria

  11. Applications Do not allow the Eucharist to be just a habit Seek unity First in your family As a Father : seek the repentance and the confession of your household As A mother ; observe the ways of your household AS a son/ Daughter : seek all means for this unity Make unity here ( family – church – saints) as real land mark in your life for this recapitulation
