  2. How To Tarannum Khan- A Renowned Preacher in Tanzania • The poverty level of Tanzania is very high and it has made slight progress towards dipping extreme hunger and malnutrition. There are certain references which speak that the country is not on back foot only in the food supply, but also on different things. One of them is education and it definitely states the condition of the entire country. The majority of the population are uneducated and thus deprived of other resources. For instance, an uneducated person would be able to get employment and as such can’t buy foods for himself and his family. The efforts by the government are even not enough to manage all such conditions. This is why the country is dependent on individual’s effort. One such individual is Tarannum Khan. She is a seriously religious and strongly believes in one God, i.e. Allah. She lives in the country and follows Dar-ul-slam. She is an imperative part of growing trend of female Muslim preachers in Tanzania. She uses to preach in the leading mosque of the nation.

  4. How she started her preaching career? • Her desire and passion to become a preacher was not “bed or roses”. It took immense efforts in becoming a licensed preacher. Remember, in Tanzania, one has to obtain the license for preaching. Two years of time is needed to obtain the preaching license in the country and she did alone for two years with the support of the government.
