  1. List of actions from previous meetings • Concerned equipment groups to reply and complete on-site research for SPS cables clean-up campaign (still needed even if project cancelled). • S. Maury and L. Søby to clarify the cost of Gbar transfer line instrumentation. • Look for the possibility to open another entrance to the ISOLDE control room to avoid passing through the controlled area. • W. Bartmann and A. Newborough to continue verifying the viability of the chosen BHZ10 option. A. Newborough to check if the aperture can be reduced once the vacuum chamber design is fixed. • BE-ABP-SU to check that realignment of SPS sextant 5 and 6 is compatible with the LS1 planning. • BE-CO to provide guidelines and standards for the use of tablets in the accelerator domain. • ELENA project team to study ELENA safety aspects and report back to the IEFC. • LS1 project to answer on the request to run REXEBIS during LS1. • BE-RF, EN-EL and TE-EPC to send their AD consolidation requests (with budget profile). • EN-STI to prepare the spare TCSC collimator. • DSOs to make proposal for new TREC link person. • Future TREC link person to present further deployment plans and budget needs. • BE-OP to work out detailed planning for injector commissioning. • Equipment groups to make detailed LS1 work and recommissioningplanning and send feedback to superintendents. • Groups to complete – as far as still needed – their demands for RP contributions in PLAN. • S. Baird to check if machine supervisors could trace the present configuration of the shielding blocks in the respective machines. • S. Hutchins and S. Roesler to present the HSE/DSO view on the removal and reinstallation of shielding during LS1. • Find a co-chair for the PS-CSAP within EN-MEF. • CTF3 and BE-RF to name a person in charge of CTF3 technical coordination and installation supervision. • EN-MEF and GS-AIS to clarify the rules to prepare an IMPACT form. • P. Collier to get confirmation whether HiRadMat experiments need SPSC approval or not. • Margins of optimization for PS cooling and ventilation smoke extraction to be followed up by the PS-CSAP together with GS-FB, EN-CV and DGS-RP. • HSE and C. Parenteto make a safety follow-up on the EN-CV storage requirements and the configuration of the work sites. • S. Hutchins and DGS-RP to report in the IEFC before the end of the year on the “shielding catalogue”.
