CFC Operation Simulation Test • Operation Simulation Test Scope on Apr-2014 • Modules : Purchasing, Inventory, Sales & B2B, Distribution & Warehouse, Production, Finance & Accounting, SMS • Locations : TKP & HPGP two plants ( MPLS can be finished on 12/4 ) • Testing Data Volume : 5% ~ 10% of daily transactions • Major Target : (1) Ensure ERP Major process can running well and do some fine turning (2) Let user have more real practice chance • Remark & Notes • Maintain, Elec. Power, QC Report, Customization Reports & HRM modules can be put on 2nd round Operation Simulation Test (May-2014) • The Other CFC Branch Offices can be include in 2nd round Simulation Test • Testing Data Volume can be enlarge to 50% ~ 100% of daily operation in 2nd round Simulation Test . 2

Progress update Finance & Accounting Sales & F/G & Logistic Progress Update Next Plan Module / Function • Digiwin Project Team have provided a new solution for CFC Dual Currency • Regarding to how many Operation Center (DB) should be configured in CFC ERP system. Due to the VAT output • Overall conclusion, CFC agree to adopt two operation database for dual currency, but need to provide reliable program to make two account consist, but because it’s possible to have some adjust, so accounting department need to manually contra two account. • 2. For the overall consideration except Financial Accounting, already final to separate two Operation Database CFC-TKP ; CFC-HPGP Only make one report that F/G need (Loading Report of Zone).  B2B interface should have Vietnamese ( MIS will try to replace Simplify Chinese to Vietnamese ) B2B date time format should be change to dd/mm/yyyy. ( Done ) Due to CFC daily logistic operation process requirement, the “Delivery Target Setting” function on have to put on Phase-I 4

Progress update Branch Warehouse Production Distribution / Logistic Progress Update Next action Plan Module / Function Due to CFC user still have no chance to see the full distribution operation flow demonstration on CFC ERP (DO  DS  LN  LC  DN), so users are worry about those function really can run or not. Sales and Delivery Module Simulation Demonstration (March-17) and material please referance “CFC Sales Function Demo v1.docx” Due to branch office warehouse size not big as TK plant, and transaction not so many like factory, so maybe can have easier process for delivery Since outside warehouse process usually done by branch office logistic, it’s not real time operation, so to maintain program and process consistency, still follow standard deliver process same as TK plant. Due to CFC user still have no chance to see the full operation flow demonstration on CFC ERP (Quarry  RM  Kiln  CM  Packing ), so users are worry about those function really can run or not. We would like to invite Digiwin also provide a whole production operation flow demonstration when MFG consultant next coming trip. ( Apr ???) 5

Progress update Cost Accounting Budget Progress Update Next action Plan Module / Function Currently customization when packing process finished, the stock in Item No. is merged both Line 1 and Line 2 cement . CFC request when finished packing, stock-in finish goods item no should still separated into Line 1 and Line 2. And required one more process to merge the Line 1 and Line 2 into the merged item No. Digiwin explain that, because of this additional level process is a visual process so means need to auto generate related transaction from system, this will cause additional customization 88 hours not existing in the confirmed customization scope. So they need extra charge for this. TIPTOP ERP Budget Functions are designed in GL Module, the main focus of TIPTOP Budget function are Budget Data Setting, Actual/Budget Comparison and Purchasing Budget Control. There are not supporting function for Budget Planning and Budget Simulation on standard TIPTOP Package. Mr. Ted Reply Tue 18/03/2014 10:37 AM Regarding to CFC Budgeting Function requirement, I will suggest CFC to keep using current manual process (due to there is no times and no budget to deal with it in this project) and let us focusing on CFC ERP Go-live activities first, because of there are still lots of thing need both of our teams to do and to ensure we can achieve the target. 6

Progress update Customization Reports Purchasing SMS Progress Update Next action Plan Module / Function The SMS Module customizations are CFC Phase-I Must-Have functions, Digiwin will provide the progress to CFC continually.. Mr. Ted provided the spec. on Sat 15/03/2014 11:27 AM MIS need to confirm with consultant for more details. Due to CFC process control requirement, the “weight-scale & belt-scale integration function” on GR (Good Receiving) have to put on Phase-I (01-July-2014 Go-Live Must-Have function) 1. Before 28/3 related dept. need to input the new Item-No. & Vendor code to the LiGu basic data by excel file and reply to MIS Mr. Tuan.2. Before 31/3 MIS Mr. Tuan will reset all the LiGu Basic data based on the excel file. And lock the user rights for input the new data to LiGu system.3. Purchasing Dept. Mr. Hung will design the application form for the new Item-No. and vendor code. Before the end of March. • Due to LiGu Database Structure can not fulfill with our existing Coding. So we proposed asks LiGu upgrade: • Open DB for Basic Data • Add LN No + BARGE ID • Windows 7 Version • Transaction export by each trip Digiwin will provide the RPT Specs to CFC for confirmation on Mar-2014 QUA+KILN+WH+DN All of Customization Reports will be delivery before 30-May-2014. 7

Progress update Equipment Maintain Electric Power Q.C Reports Progress Update Next action Plan Module / Function Due to Maintain Module is a whole new customization module, Digiwin Project Team plan to provide Maintain Module Training and collect the gaps between delivered functions and CFC requirements on Apr-2014. 10/03/2014 For the Basic Data, Mr. Thanh suggest to use real case: One desktop computer found shutdown / overheated and suspected need to check or replace CPU or CPU fan, what is basic data we need to provide into TIPTOP system so as let thing done. We classified the class of report, please help us to confirm it. 3. Seniority Subsidize had tested in HRM system and It can be calculate from Payroll Management 4. We had confirmed the details of P/S bonus again. 5. We can use the basic function of overtime parameters, so there's no need to customize the OT parameters. I had tested in HRM system, and it work to fulfill the requirement from CFC, but we still have to customize in Offset leave Setting. 6. Viettel Demonstration 25/03/2014 15:00 MIS based on the instruction of Viettel and already make ERP server combine with our existing LAN on 25/03/2014. We will sign the testing contract before 12/4/2014. TKP with HPGP Need to make sure the sub-mask will not Interfere with TKP & HPGP 10

Major Activities on Apr-2014 1.Customization Report Spec. confirm ( Mr. Nick providing for us to confirm via email and should be finished before 28/3 ) -> CFC RPTs Spec Release Schedule (52 RPTs) : 28/3 : 25 RPTs ; 5/4 : 10 RPTs; 11/4 : 8 RPTs ; 18/4 : 5 RPTs ; 25/4 : 4 RPTs  2.CFC Internal bi-weekly meeting 28/3 ( review all the progress and outstanding issues ) 3.PRD + PUR + Maintain + ELEC + QC Customization Training ( Suggest for Mr. Nick come to CFC 31/3 ~ 4/4 ) -> Due to schedule conflict, Mr. Nick can not come to CFC 31/3 ~ 4/4 ; Mr. Nick will plan to delivery PRD + PUR customization training on the next trip (7/4 ~ 18/4) Mr. Nick will try to put Maintain Module training on the next trip if the schedule is not fully assigned (7/4 ~ 18/4) ELEC + QC Customization training will be postpone to May-2014. 4.Key User Training ( Suggest for Mr. Nick + Ms. Iris come to CFC and starting from 7/4 ~ 18/4, We all asks related dept. KM/KU overtime on 9/4 ) ->Confirmed !  (I will provide detail daily activities and air-ticket itinerary to CFC before 28/3) 5.CFC Internal bi-weekly meeting 11/4 ( review all the progress and outstanding issues + Key User training evaluation ) 6.Whole Module Simulation Testing 5 ~ 10% real data ( Starting from 15/4 ) ->Confirmed ! 7.Invited Mr. Ted come for the ERP monthly reporting. ( Suggest 23/4 ~ 24/4 ) -> Ted have schedule on 22/4 at Taiwan, So ted will flight-to HAN on 23/4 and start meeting on 23/4 afternoon ! 8.CFC Internal bi-weekly meeting 25/4 ( review all the progress and outstanding issues ) 

13. Dear Mr. Ryan Sent: Wed 26/03/2014 7:30 PM         Thanks for your reminding. I will update to our bi-weekly meeting.         1. For simulate 100% transaction data is the target goal of Mr. Chinh F/G dept. and very difficult to reach. And for the open balance in the end of June, not only for F/G also have a lot of W/H we need to know the physical inventory ending balance. ( Accounting dept. also worry about how to cut off the outstanding data and switch to ERP )          2. If Digiwin need to discuss the extra contract, we need Digiwin provide us the compare table first, for we can know the detailed of the time allocate.          3. B2B date format already done. We will try to use the Simplify Chinese replace to Vietnamese based on your instruction. Traditional Chinese 01. Simply Chinese 2. English), maybe you can try to put Vietnamese description in Simplify Chinese part (program ID: p_weblang). 12
