Sales Overview • Sales thru September 15, 2012: $855 million • Increase of 20% over same period last Fiscal Year (first 11 weeks) • Total sales stand at 90% of the YTD Goal • All products are currently below their YTD Goal • Although the percentages vary greatly • But, Current Year Goal is more than 10% higher than last year’s actual sales

Sales Update by Product Jackpot Games: Nearly $170 million • Compared to Last Year: Down 2% • MEGA Millions: $91 million – 73% of YTD Goal • Super Lotto Plus: $79 million – 89% of YTD Goal • Lacking average # of Large Jackpots Hot Spot: $27 million • 92% of Goal but 6% ahead of LY Daily Games: $72 million • 99% of Goal and 2% ahead of LY

  4. Scratchers Sales • Consumer Sales at $587 million thru first 11 weeks • Strong $5 game sales • 32% ahead of LY pace • But, just 92% of FY 2012 YTD Goal • At this time last year, sales were also below goal (at 94%)

  5. FY 2012-13 Sales • Too early to provide a specific year-end projection • Sales data through first 11 weeks does not provide any evidence that the FY sales goal will not be reached • Last year at this same time, year-to-date sales stood at 94% of the YTD goal
