    1. DWCF Reform Task Force ESG Decision Brief This briefing is designed to provide you with: 1. An overview of the DWCF Reform Task Force - including a review of the Task Forces membership and charter; 2. A review of the process through which the Task Force generated its recommendations; and 3. A detailed report on the Task Forces final recommendations. Im going to begin with a very brief review of DWCF and set the stage for the reason that the Task Force was created.This briefing is designed to provide you with: 1.     2. DWCF Reform Task Force Charter The DWCF Reform Task Force is established to propose DWCF improvements that will improve the delivery of goods and services to DWCF customers. There are no boundaries on the scope of the review. However, reforms to the DWCF must preserve the Departments ability to meet war fighting requirements as well as its ability to request and account for funds that satisfies the Comptrollers needs and is acceptable to the Congress.
