  2. e-CareApplying ergonomics in our life • Ergonomics is applied to fulfill these two goals: • Health • Productivity • Computer usages that affect physical health, for example: • Repetitive stress injuries • Back pain • Eye strain • Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) • Carpal tunnel syndrome

  3. e-Care The distance of the eyes and monitor should be about two feet. Position of the monitor slightly lower than the top of the head. Eye gaze should be slightly down. Rest your back against the back of the chair. Use proper ERGONOMICS at the computer Feet are flat on the floor.

  4. e-accountabilityPlagiarism • Involves both stealing someone else’s work and lying about it afterward • Example of plagiarism: • Turning in someone else’s work as your own • Copying words or ideas without giving credit • Failing to put quotation marks for a quote • Giving incorrect information about the source of a quotation S t o p P l a g i a r i s m
