PEN and PET are different membranes, both suitable for LCM (Laser Capture Microdissection).   • PET membrane shows less autofluorescence, than PEN, especially in the DAPI-channel.  We recommend these Slides for samples with weak fluorescence. • To achieve RNase-free MembraneSlides it is possible to treat them with dry heat or to dip the slides into pure RNase-ZAP.
