Justifying E-learning: ROI and Impactful Training

Now, more than ever, each and every corporate expenditure must be justifi ed, including the never-ending costs associated with training. While typical approaches for measuring the value of investments in employee education can be helpful, there are other ways to consider the cost/benefit equation, especially in the design of e-learning. By following a few “back to basics” rules-of-thumb,you can help to ensure that investments made are in the highest leverage areas, and the resulting courses are as effective as possible.
