  1. Send letter of denial to Sponsor. New Member process flow chart Sponsor gets application from web site or weekly meetings. 2 SIGNATURES REQUIRED. Sponsor gives application to President or Membership Chair for processing to MC Board reviews application for initial approval. Yes/No Sponsor wants to propose new member 3 week Review By Club at Weekly assembly. MC arranges lunch with Prospect and Sponsor after FINAL Board Approval. Notify Sponsor to schedule 1St. lunch with Prospect. Send letter to Prospectconfirming lunch. CC Sponsor At lunch review all items on checklist. Applicant agrees to pursue membership. MC sends thank you letter and informs Applicant to begin meetings. MC orders new RI badge, shirt and RI pin Frame 4 way test. Applicant completes 3 consecutive meetings after notification of acceptance. Yes No Send letter thanking them for considering RI membership and wish them well. MC contacts new Member and gets signature on card and invoice for dues. MC to inform NM of next induction date and next Red meeting. MC invites NM Family and Sponsor to Induction. MC invites NM & Sponsor to Red Meeting MC books Red Event. MC invites speakers (Typically heads of 4 Avenues), Fund Raising. MC invites NM, Sponsors (written) & club at assembly. Post event on Web. MC = Membership Committee
