Well done you are correct! • you need energy to survive, all the basic functions of a human to survive need energy, to maintain them from not stopping. eg breathing, your heart beating, moving etc energy is needed all over the body, if you want to move, your muscles use energy, when you cary something, you use energy, when you talk, when you look, when you do anything, your actually using energy, your body is constantly warm beacause its using energy to keep it that way. Next question

  7. Try again Sorry ,try again • If you exercise you burn your fat and your heart is a muscle and like any muscle, will undergo hypertrophy the more you exercise. It is the left ventricle that undergoes the greatest change with exercise. It is the last area in the heart that blood accumulates before being pumped out systemically. It expands in size, allowing for a greater volume of blood to enter during relaxation (diastole) and a greater volume of blood to be forced out during contraction (systole). Blood volume increases due to an increased production of red blood cells which increases the oxygen carrying capacity of the blood. Another adaptation that I find super cool is that you actually increase the number of capillaries in the body. All in all, these adaptations increase the rate of delivery of blood to those oxygen deprived muscles.

  8. Try again Sorry ,try again • Exercise is fun but we don’t need exercise for fun as it is not essential. • “People who don’t have fun are people who don’t have a playstation” • #goldentiger000

After you finish your workout, your body begins a process of recovery. The more intensely that you work out, the longer your body takes to recover. During the repair process, your body continues to burn additional calories. Your metabolism stays elevated for as many as 24 hours after you finish exercising, according to the American Council on Exercise. Consult with you health-care provider before beginning an exercise program.
