Request: Revise the Generalized Future Land Use Map Designation and the Land Use Atlas Map (Current Zoning) Designation of a ± 400.00 acre site: Existing: EXT, Extractive District on the Generalized Future Land Use Map of the Comprehensive Plan & EXT, Extractive District on the Land Use Atlas Map of the Land Development Code . Proposed: TCU, Transportation, Communication, Utilities District on the GFLUM & TCU, Transportation, Communication, Utilities District on the LUAM with a condition limiting the use to Power Generation Facilities as offered by the applicant Department of Planning and Development Geographic Resources and Community Planning Division
