  2. I recently started a new POE record and now I cannot locate it. Where should I look? Office environments can be filled with distractions. If you started a POE and did not schedule an intake or assign the client to a staff member’s caseload because you got sidetracked, click Show Menu under the POE tab and choose Incomplete POE under the POE Tracking menu. You should be able to locate the incomplete record there.
