Who we are TornadoCane Futures LLC is a Nevis based company which sources, reviews and disseminates information on disruptive technologies, investment opportunities, distribution opportunities and other potential transactions to our subscriber base. Subscribers pay an annual fee (USD $500) for membership. This is one way we qualify investors. This fee also pays for the maintenance of the deal portal. Managing Directors: Kent Tong is currently President and CEO of eQube Technology and Software Inc..eQube is a regulated charitable gaming supplier to the government of Canada, the US Army, Major Casinos, Tribal Casinos and Charities throughout the world. Kent is an entrepreneur and investor and brings a strong background in Information Technology,  business structures and corporate governance. Kent is a graduate from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Commerce. Ted King founded Wireless Mountain Labs which won the Best of Comdex in 1999 and has been a senior executive in South Seas Corporation, Tobar Group, Samar Electronics, Educons USA, VideoLine and the Futuremax Group and most recently was a Senior Vice President at Labock Defense Systems in Weston, Florida working extensively in Tel Aviv and Kuwait City. He has spent five years in the Antarctic working for the National Science Foundation. Ted is a Navy Veteran and a well known entrepreneur.
  3. What we do TornadoCane Futures LLC actively searches out companies with something special to offer. This might be: A disruptive or game-changing technology Exceptional financial terms International or regional distribution or joint venture opportunities We maintain information on a limited number of pre-qualified deals. For example, there is currently a low cost green-power technology and a precious metals opportunityavailable We do not post information unless we have reviewed the deals and had a series of due diligence discussions with the companies involved

TornadoCane will examine topics such as alternative currencies, commodity based money, emerging collaborative arrangements and the relationship economy, and much more.

We do not advertise or actively solicit as a provider of capital We qualify companies through the performance of due diligence on a substantial amount of supplied materials in order to verify their technology, business or other opportunity We review all viable investments including capital, joint ventures, distribution agreements and other transactions.
