1. First Import Returning PlayersSelect Add Individual Returning Player by Name/DOB or ID

2. Enter Returning Player Screen • You will need your Team Roster to complete this page • Enter the Name and DOB of player to be entered • Hit Retrieve Player

3. Eligible Returning Player Will Populate • Click on radio button next to player • Click Add selected player to 2011-2012 Team

4. VYSA Player Registration PopulatesSection 1 ViewVerify Accuracy and Update As Needed

5. Player Application – Section II & III(review and update as needed)

6. Player Application Section IV • Click on Choose Tab for question pertaining to “Has Player Lived outside the U.S.” • In most cases the response will be = NO • If the response is = YES choose the correct response, this will determine if an International Clearance is requested by VYSA • If you chose yes and the player is 12 or older you will need to answer the other two questions • Click submit application

7. Screen Will State Record AddedSelect Close Window

8. Player Roster Will Then Be in ViewSelect Return To Team Page

9. Team Page will View Showing Player Officially Added

10. Adding Additional Returning Players • You will repeat this process for all returning players • Keep clicking Add Additional Returning Player tab by Name/DOB or ID • Enter the Name and DOB for Player you wish to add • Click Add selected player to 2011-2012 Team • Review and update Player Application • Submit and return to team page to enter next returning player
