Aim: We are looking for Future Leaders who would lead the Bank 4 standard rotations • Operations (3 MONTHS) • Risk & Control (5 MONTHS) • Financial Markets (5 MONTHS) • Origination & Client Coverage OR Transaction Banking (5 MONTHS) Professional qualifications We support you in securing the CFA Level 1 qualification International Rotation The top 30% of the class will be given a unique and exciting opportunity to complete their final front office rotation in either Africa, China or India Formal business training Academic Phase 1 (Yr 1) Academic Phase 2 (Yr 2)

Aim: Build your career in Wealth Management, Branch Banking, Relationship Management and Consumer Transaction Banking Consumer Banking Business development plan 4 standard rotations • Branch Operations (4 MONTHS) • Credit Risk (4 MONTHS) • Product (5 MONTHS) * International Rotation in Singapore for top performers. • Customer facing role (6 MONTHS)

Business Development Plans – Consumer Bank Fast Track Programme Your development: Business development plans Entry requirements Consumer Only undergraduates are eligible to apply i.e. BBA, BSC, or BA degree holders Aim: Our Consumer Banking Fast Track Programme seeks to identify the next generation of sales leadersfor our business. Banking CB Fast Track Programme (1 year) Business development plan 4 standard rotations • Branch Operations - Gain an understanding of the collaboration between branch and operations, at the same time focusing on improvements in service, productivity and quality.(2 MONTHS) • Credit Risk - Seek to understand how we collate and use data in the decision making process. You’ll identify key indicators and drivers of portfolio management and understand how they are used to detect and monitor trends. (2 MONTHS) • Product - Working closely with the product development team you’ll get involved in customer-centric product development and learn about the features and benefits of our different products. (2 MONTHS) • Customer Facing Role - Learn how best to build great relationships with customers and learn techniques around product bundling and cross selling in order to meet customers’ different needs.(6 MONTHS)

Personal Details – we want to hear about your education, work experience, positions of responsibility, languages you speak. • 3. On-line Assessments • i) The logical reasoning test • This test measures abilities that are important when solving problems. In each of the 24 questions, you’ll find a sequence of boxes and your task will be to work out how the sequence should continue. • ii) The numerical reasoning test • This test will measure your numerical reasoning skills in a business context, based around the tables and charts you typically find in reports and the financial press. You can visit the following link to attempt some practice to get better understanding regarding the Logical & Numerical Assessments. • www.psl.co.uk/practice • Whilst you won't need to know complex mathematical processes, you’ll need basic arithmetic skills, such as knowledge of addition, subtraction, division, ratios and percentages. • iii) The talent assessmentThis test is designed to assess your natural attributes and help us understand your potential to be successful within our business. • 4. Assessments - Applications are then reviewed and candidates invited to participate in a first round interview with HR – again those who are successful will be invited to a second business interview or group debate/ presentation and then a final interview – which could be a panel interview with the Bank’s Executive Committee • The final decision • After the process is complete, we’ll endeavour to let you know of our decision within 72 hours
