My Webmixes • Personal webmix I use as my Internet browser home page • Contains sites I visit most often • My favorite tech tools • iPad pilot resources • Collaborative web 2.0 tools • Virtual field trips • Tools for getting organized online • Resources for course I teach for pre-service teachers I will post links to these webmixes in the backchannel!

  7. Symbaloo Tips • Browse and save webmixes that are already created • Organize tiles in a way that makes sense for you and those who will be using your webmix • Share your webmix with colleagues, students, and parents by posting the link • Set Symbaloo as your Internet browser home page

  8. Webmix Creation: Starting from Scratch • Click “Add a Webmix” • Add websites as tiles • Many popular sites have their own tiles • You will have to create tiles for some sites • Drag tiles to organize them on the webmix
