  2. About Sinoply Hefei Sinoply Wood Industry Co. Ltd. established in 2015, is one of the biggest manufacturers of film faced plywood for construction in China. We have more than 800 employees, 9 standard workshops, 8 production lines, 2 rotary cut machines, one glue workshop, one independent laboratory, and one Poplar forestry center scaled about 100-hektare. Our annual production capacity is around 60,000 cubic meters of plywood.Besides film faced plywood, we can also produce Birch, Pine, Poplar and hardwood plywood.

  3. We sold to following countries: For the past four years, our products have been sold to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, U.A.E, Qatar, Egypt, Oman, Sri Lanka, Iran, Japan, Thailand, Costa Rica, America, Dominican Republic, Mexico, Mauritius, Australia, Philippines, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Finland.

  4. Plywood is a panel product consisting of thin wood veneers (plies) glued together so that the grain direction of each layer of veneer is perpendicular to that of the adjacent layers. This cross-lamination provide excellent two-way strength and stiffness properties, resistance to impact damage, and dimensional stability when wet.

  7. WBP and MR glue WBP stands for "Water Boiled Proof" . MR stand for ”Moisture Resistant” WBP glue divide into 3 types as below: 1-WBP(low content melamine)---can be in boiling water for 4-8 hours without delamination. 2-WBP(high content melamine) --- can be in boiling water for over 10 hours without delamination. 3-WBP (phenolic) --- can be in boiling water for 24hours without delamination WBP will be used exterior, while MR used interior.

  8. How to extend the service life of shuttering plywood ? Shuttering plywood is the plywood used as construction formwork. Service Life of shuttering plywood is the issue buyers/importers are most concerned. As we know, water is the key factor which will shorten the service life of shuttering plywood. If water comes into shuttering plywood, the water will swell the plywood and the plywood will delaminate . If you want to extend the service life of shuttering plywood, you should take some measures to prevent water from being absorbed by plywood.In production, factories use WBP glue to guarantee better glue-bonding strength of plywood. WBP shuttering plywood won't delaminate even in boiling water for some time . WBP glue can increase the number of times a sheet of shuttering plywood is used. Before packing, factories will paint some water-proof lacquer on four edges of plywood . The water-proof lacquer can prolong the service life. On construction site, if shuttering plywood had been cut into pieces, the edges of the smaller pieces should be painted, too.

  9. Commercial plywood Commercial plywood is a type of plywood which using interior application, such as furniture, packing etc. Specials: Face/back: red hardwood including Okoume, Bintangor, Meranti etc. Thickness: 2.0mm-25mm Size: 1220x2440mm Core veneer: poplar & hardwood Glue: MR

  10. Fancy Plywood Fancy plywood/decorative plywood , is usually veneered with good-looking hardwood veneers , such as red oak, ash, white oak, birch, maple, teak, sapeli , cherry, beech, walnut and so on.

  11. MDF/Melamine MDF Medium Density Fibreboard (MDF) is man-made board made of wood fibers (or other plant fibres) mixed with glue (resin) under high temperature and pressure. The nominal density of MDF is 0.65~0.80g/cm3 . MDF is often used for furniture making, decorating and packing, used as wall panel or small load-bearing component. Melamine Faced Board (MFB), also called Melamine Board, is a wood-based board decorated with melamine impregnated paper on one side or both sides . The paper was pressed to the board by Cycle Press Machinery under high temperature. MFB is one of Surface Decorated Wood—based Panels With Paper Impregnated Thermosetting Resins.The plain boards can be MDF, chipboard, plywood, block board or other boards. But generally, the plain boards are MDF or Chipboard. The quality of plain board is one of key quality factors of MFB . When you buy MFB, make sure the plain board wrapped in decorative paper is fine .

  12. Packing: Packed by plywood, carton, MDF or particleboard, bundled with 11 pieces of steel strips. Each crate having wooden skid (Height: 100mm) for use of forklift.
