  2. Click – Take my Exam

  3. Choose “I do not have an Evolve Username”

  4. Click “Register for Reach Testing and Remediation”

  5. Click “Register”

  6. Type your preferred password and verify by typing it again.

  7. Required information – First, last, e-mail, school name, estimated graduation date and program type

  8. Click – Yes at bottom box

  9. Write down your username and Password on documents
