Spanish Case • Launched in Spain in January 2010 • One Year Program: 5 – 10 Face-to-face Meetings • Eligible Criteria: • Mentors: Country Executive Committee or direct reports • Mentees: High Potential/Top Talent • Matching Process: Conducted by HR departments • Classified as VIP Program for Key Talent • Each company assigned: • 3-5 mentors • 3-5 mentees • 1 Program Leader • Mentoring Guidelines: Combining best practices from each company • Legal Confidentiality Agreement
