If your name, billing address, expiration date, or CVV number has changed for your current payment method, here’s how you can update it: Note: If you’re trying to the update the info for a payment option that’s tied to a Microsoft subscription with recurring billing (such as Xbox Live Gold, Xbox Game Pass, or Office 365), you have to make those changes on the Services & subscriptions page for Microsoft update credit card debit cardinformation.

  3. Update payment option info online: Sign in to the Payment options page with your Microsoft account. If you’re having issues signing in to your Microsoft account, go to Microsoft account help.
