Different parts of a product are designed, manufactured, coated and then attached together to produce the final product. The aim of the manufacturing and assembly process is to produce high quality products. If there is a variation in the products, it is caused by a problem in the process or equipment used to manufacture. Variability in product output means that the manufacturing process is out of control. Controlling the manufacturing process limits the variation in the output. Most manufacturing units require two essential things to assemble the final product: a fluid dispenser for adhesives and other liquids and a spray coating system. Use spray coating system with programmable function: A programmable spray coating system will help you perform intricate patterns needed for a good coating process. Such systems also help you access most of the areas of the product while applying the coat. Automated spray coating systems feature spray valve that can deliver an even coated area. Use analytical scale with these systems: The amount of spray that should be coated on the product the amount of fluid to be dispensed need to be determined during the manufacturing and assembly processes.
