The 3 Woes are key to understanding Rev 8-16 Revelation 4:7 The first creature was like a lion, and the second creature like a calf, and the third creature had a face like that of a man, and the fourth creature was like aflying eagle. Revelation 8:13 Then I looked, and I heard an eagle flying in midheaven[midair], saying with a loud voice, "Woe, woe, woeto those who dwell on the earth, because of the remaining blasts of the trumpet of the three angels who are about to sound!" Background on Satan Falling • In the far past the following happened: Ezekiel 28:13-16 "You(King of Tyre – Satan)were in Eden, the garden of God; Every precious stone was your covering: The ruby, the topaz and the diamond; The beryl, the onyx and the jasper; The lapis lazuli, the turquoise and the emerald; And the gold, the workmanship of your settings and sockets, Was in you.
