The W&RSETA Stakeholder Session 2012 for the Western Cape highlighted the vision of becoming the premier authority in skills development within the Wholesale and Retail sectors. With a mission to foster a skilled workforce that contributes to sustainable socio-economic growth, the session showcased significant achievements including an 87% success rate in SMME submissions and 100% for Medium & Large companies. Additionally, it celebrated the enrollment of 140 unemployed individuals for business training and the successful internship placements of 100 university students with retailers.
