BACKGROUND 032811 Holdings, LLC is currently building a new women’s YWCA homeless shelter on 2452 Kinsey Avenue. 032811 Holdings, LLC, has requested to purchase a portion of Cumberland Street, consisting of 0.1947 acres. Fair market value of the property to be $36,500.00. The city is willing to convey the property to the purchaser for $1.00.
