  2. Plasmafraksjoneringsprosjektet • Octapharma har vært virusinaktiveringspartner for norsk plasma siden 1989. Avtalen er nå avsluttet. • Det står i avtalen at norsk transfusjonsmedisin skal tilgodeses hvis avtalen opphører • Norske HF vil få utbetalt 110 MNOK • Det anbefales at 20 MNOK av disse pengene avsettes til tidsbegrenset blodplatetyping av gravide

Blodplatetyping som grunnlag for blodplateforskningprosjekt • Prosjektet har til hensikt å redusere føtal og neonatal morbiditetm og mortalitet som et resultat av neonatal alloimmun trombocytopeni • Prosjektetplan • Teste ut en vaksine som hindrer immunisering med blodplateantigen HPA 1a i forbindelse med forløsning • Teste ut screening, oppfølging og keisersnitt og tilstedeværelse av forlikelige blodplater til transfusjon umiddelbart ift dansk tilnærming med telling av trc umiddelbart etter fødsel

  7. Hva skal 20 MNOK brukes til? • Blodplatetyping av alle gravide og oppfølging av gravide med anti-HPA 1 a antistoff i 3 år • (Forskningsprosjektene finansieres av forskningsmidler på vanlig måte)
