Case Study 5  Family History: She has a cousin with a history of ”grand mal” seizures who died at age 12.  Habits: She does not use of alcohol, tobacco, or illicit drugs.  Medications: Carbamazepine 600/400 mg/day BID, Lamotrigine 50/75 mg/day BID, Conjugated estrogens 1.25 mg PO qd, thyroxine100 mcg PO qd, and sumatriptan PRN.  Neurologic Examination: Normal
