Retention/Graduation Strategy • Multi-year course plans • Midterm grade reports • Third and fifth semester progress audits • Performed by academic units, not Registrar’s Office • Track progress in general education, foreign language, writing and major/minor concentration requirements • Outreach efforts for late-year students • Contacts managed directly by Undergraduate Programs • Advisement Database • Searchable database with hierarchical structure for use by departments, schools and other university units • Personal and academic information, email communications, course plans, midterm grade reports and progress audits
