This initiative aims to create an open and re-usable aggregation of repositories worldwide, focusing on interoperability and complementing existing infrastructure. It includes technical and semantic interoperability measures with guidelines, validation, and normalization processes. Partnership with eIFL-DRIVER enhances access to scholarly information, especially for developing countries.
