Analysis of Dead and Live Cell Counts in PDPN-Involved Experiments Using Annexin V

This study investigates the counts of dead and live cells in the context of PDPN (Podoplanin) expression using Annexin V. The data includes sideward and forward scatter parameters for accurate cell classification. We focus on the fold increase of PDPN expression over various time intervals from 0 to 8 hours to assess the cellular response. The results are vital for understanding the role of PDPN in cell viability and underlying mechanisms in cell fate decisions.
