When would a party be “disruptive”? • If there is: “fighting, loud music, rowdiness, and unreasonable noise” • Police are allowed to break up the party, and even make arrests
“Crashing”Parties • Police can kick crashers out • -It is considered trespassing and illegal
Fraternity Initiations • Against the law if it is considered “hazing” • Hazing: Method of initiation or pre-initiation into a student organization which causes physical & mental disgrace, damage or harm. • Participants can be fined up to $5000 or sent to jail
Spray Painting • Can land you in temporary jail, or prison and can cost up to $50,000 in fines • Might be required to pay for the damage caused • Or have to work in the clean up crew
Operating a Motorboat • Do not need a special license • However basic Driving principles apply: • DUI is illegal • Know speed limits • Take responsibility • If under 21 cannot operate w/ more than 0.01% blood alcohol concetration • Can be charge for vehicle manslaughter if fatal accident occurs
