Record Narration. In PowerPoint 2007. Begin with several slides. Add the content to each slide. With your first slide selected. Go to the Slide Show Ribbon and choose Record Narration. Check your Sound Levels a nd Click OK.

  1. Record Narration In PowerPoint 2007

  2. Begin with several slides Add the content to each slide

  3. With your first slide selected Go to the Slide Show Ribbon and choose Record Narration

  4. Check your Sound Levelsand Click OK Your slideshow will begin to play. Begin speaking into your microphone.

  5. When you are finished narrating, end the show. (use right click to end) You will be prompted to save the timings with each slide. Click Yes.

  6. Play the slideshow again to check the voice narration. Make sure you save the PowerPoint file as well.

  7. Try out this feature! It’s another way to make your PowerPoint presentations more powerful and engaging.
